Good Thing There’s No Inflation

I’ll keep this one brief so that even bond traders can focus on it. CS First Boston analysts today lowered earnings estimates for 20 companies, mostly due to lower margins owing to higher energy prices and higher related materials prices. And the firm’s analysts raised estimates for three companies, due entirely to higher margins owing to higher energy prices.
